Conference Policies
-
Delegates are allowed to bring personal electronic devices (cell phones, tablets, and laptops) to the BridgesMUN conference. Devices are not to be used during the conference except during unmoderated caucuses to write resolution papers. If a delegate needs to use their cellphone during the conference, they may speak privately with the chair for permission.
-
The use of artificial intelligence is strictly prohibited at BridgesMUN. Position papers and speeches suspected of being written by AI may be disqualified from awards. At BridgesMUN, academic honesty is taken very seriously.
-
Plagiarized work will not be tolerated in the BridgesMUN conference. Delegates who plagiarize will be disqualified from any awards. Please use in-text citations to cite all of your sources to prevent such an issue. We value academic honesty at Bridges MUN and trust that all participating delegates will abide by this policy.

Bridges MUN strives to provide a rewarding and equitable experience for all. Delegates who need access to electronic devices or extended due dates should contact their committee chairs.
